Is this e-mail from Microsoft?

I got an e-mail from "******@infomail.microsoft.com" - the headline is "Important changes to your OneDrive photo storage"

Is it legit or scam?

I don't want to open it, if it's scam.

I find it suspicious because:

it is in the spam-filter in my hotmail. Why would a mail from microsoft end up in the spam? I mean in Hotmail! Doesn't make sense
It seems strange that information regarding OneDrive would reach me this way.

Or am I just being too cautious???
