Could you please try to use the forget password option to reset the admin account.

To reset your admin password, go to your subscription, and on the sign in screen, choose Forgot my password. Follow the steps to create a new password. Wait for 10 minutes and then sign in again. You should then be able to sign in to your Microsoft 365 developer subscription. Also do you find any alternate verification methods?

Maybe you have mistaken my account and I can't log in. How can I turn it off? I guess my account isn't personal.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to this forum. As a fellow Microsoft user, I'm here and ready to help you out today.

If you have used your personal account to join the Developer program, please try below options.

Try to use any alternate verification method like email. If you able to use email option, please try to disable MFA temporarily.

You will have option like "other ways to sign" or "I don't have access to my Microsoft Authenticator App"
