I am a student. I needed microsoft project for a class and microsoft put me on hold for hours over night and had to call their experts who ended up not being able to help. They charged me $20 for a service I wasn't even able to use. Give me my money back and cancel my subscription. I will never used microsoft services again.
And nobody from Microsoft support is answering my request for a call or chat. Microsoft has the worst service and isn't worth a penny.
