we have bought the subscription and we can install it in up to 5 devices... we already have one on windows device now I am trying to load it on my Mac

    Yes with a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can install it on up to 5 devices.

    The error code you got has to do with authentication.

    Please, ensure you clear your browser cookies and cache.

    Did you have any Office installed on your Mac? If yes, you need to completely uninstall the Office and then try to install Microsoft 365 again.

    Have you tried to create a new user profile on your Mac and then reinstall Office 365?
