I have download MS projects through AZURE but there are templates missing. I have tried almost everything. Restarting and updating with no result

The templates you are missing are only found in the M365 version of Microsoft Project, known formally as Project Online Professional. Sorry, but hope this helps.

What leads you to believe those templates exist? I have Project 2019 Pro desktop and neither of those templates are available either among those shown or via a search.

It's the MS Project 2019 education. I am missing the templates "sprint planning" and "waterfall projects". I have tried to type them in the search bar, but nothing is coming up. Thats what it's currently looking like on my screen

What "MS projects" are you referring to? Is it the product - Microsoft Project? Also please share what template are you looking for. It would be helpful to understand the query if you can share a screenshot of the symptom you met.
