    Dear Carolyn Williams3,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Hi, I'm Linn and I'll do what I can to help you with the problems you're having.

You mentioned that you want to transfer your data from one account to another in OneDrive, and you can do that in the following ways, but I need to confirm the type of account: is it from a personal account to another personal account, or is it between a work/school account and a personal account?

It can be done in two ways:

    • Download and upload: Download the folder you want to move from the first OneDrive account to your computer. Then log in to the second OneDrive account and upload the downloaded folder to it.
    • Use Mover tool: Mover is a tool dedicated to file transfer that can help you migrate files from one OneDrive account to another. You can visit the Mover transfer wizard and follow the steps. Detailed steps can be referred to: Transfer files to your personal OneDrive with the Mover Transfer Wizard - Microsoft Support.

Keep in mind that our first response doesn't always solve the problem immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Sincerest greetings

    Linn |Microsoft Community Support Specialist
