Microsoft ToDo lost sync

Hello Everyone,

Microsoft ToDo (desktop app, mobile app, web version) lost connection. After reinstalling the application on the phone, the tasks that were hanging in the device memory were reset. The problem is account related, because everything works fine on my work outlook account. I also checked on my wife's account, and everything is fine there too. Maybe there is some problem with OneDrive. Please help me figure this out.

Best Regards,

Ihor Pavlov

Ihor, mine came back up this morning. I'm moving everything out to to a different application.

    1. Yes, I have no synchronization with any version of ToDo (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
    2. Yes, I did it first to check which version is not working. As I wrote in the first point, none of the versions works.
    3. I have a work account and I also run ToDo there. On the work account everything works as before. I also tried it on my wife's account and everything works fine for her. The problem is only with my account.
    4. Before writing to you, I saw similar problems on other threads.

I understand there is no way to fix this bug by some manual manipulations with OneDrive?

    Hi, Ihor Pavlov

    Thanks for replying!

You mentioned that the problem occurs on your PC device, mobile device, and on the web, are you creating To-Do's through all three of these routes and none of them are synchronizing with the paths on the other devices?

Have you tried logging into the web-based To-Do creation task to see if it synchronizes across your PC and mobile devices?

In addition, to rule out a recent OneDrive data migration bug, we recommend that you create a new Microsoft account to see if the issue still exists.

Please know that due to the recent UI update on the web side of OneDrive, OneDrive functionality has been interfered with for individual users, and the engineers involved are doing their best to fix it.

Please keep an eye on this thread and I will be in touch with you if there is any progress regarding this issue you.
