Changing format when exporting to pdf.

Hi

I’m using Microsoft Word on IPad Pro M4 (IOS17.5.1), and when I try to export the document to pdf or print it, it changes the format and the font of the content, how can I keep my format when I export the document to pdf or print it?

also, how can I translator in Microsoft Word for IPad?

I’m using Word Version 2.86 on IPad.

1. If the same format changing behavior will happen on other of your documents or just specific ones?

It happens with all the documents in Arabic.

I’m using the font (Frutiger LT Arabic) but when I export it changes the font.

2. Please open the document in browser(www.office.com and access Word to open the file) to see what the format shows comparing to the exported version.

I tried to use the online version and yet I’m having the same issue.

3. If you want, share us the sample file with us and tell us the current Word version and we will deploy the tests for you to see if we will reproduce a same behavior.

As we failed to reproduce it on our machines, to offer you the correct guide to resolve this, could you please share us some more details as troubleshooting steps below? 

1. If the same format changing behavior will happen on other of your documents or just specific ones?

We appreciate your kind patience and understanding that sometime the initial reply may not resolve the concern immediately or there may have some misunderstanding about your scenario, but we would like to hear the updates from your side and let's figure out the further suggestions. Meanwhile, for the demand of using Translator function in Word on iPad, it is currently only available to Word Online which is recommended to use Word in browser and click the Translator button instead of Word for iOS application.
