Microsoft 365 Licensing Issue

I have been facing the issue of Microsoft 365 app, I am unable to see my apps in 365, it's saying:

"New to Microsoft 365?

This is your Microsoft 365 home page—where you can see and access all of your apps. If it's empty, it could be that your user licence was very recently assigned to you. Wait 10 minutes and refresh this page. If you still don't see any apps, contact your IT department. They can help you get up and running.''

How to resolve this issue?

Is there a support email for student ambassador program? For the MVP program, we do have one that we can contact for this kind of issues.

    Dear Moderator,

Thank you so much for reaching out, I am an ambassador, I have approached Microsoft's Coordinator regarding my issue, everything working fine except my 365, I have communicated with the coordinators both via teams and my registered email, they told me that everything's fine at their end, my azure benefits are activated in their system, still I am unable to use my teams app as well as other benefits that comes under 365

I will be grateful if you can provide me with further assistance or suitable options (email) to communicate this problem.

    Dear Muhammad Furqan_070,

    Thank you for reaching out.

First of all, we notice you posted under the "education" category. Based on this, we believe you are a student trying to access your student account and are facing this issue. It appears that the license assigned to you by the university is not fully implemented yet.

Please note that licenses and student accounts are managed by your school or organization. In this situation, you need to contact the IT admin team at your school or organization to verify if your license has been fully implemented. Typically, this process may take some time.

If you are still facing this issue after some time, please verify the license status with your school or organization's tenant admin.

We wish you a wonderful holiday season!

    Best regards,
