two subscriptions to Microsoft facilities when only the one is needed.

Question

Hi, I've just set up my new computer and have realised that I have two subscriptions to Microsoft services like Word, PowerPoint, excel etc. I hve two outlook email accounts and I seem to have taken out a subscription on each one when I only need the one. How do I cancel one?
