I understand the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please note that our forum team does not have the right to bypass your tenant/SharePoint administrators to directly delete files from your site.

Generally, if you want to delete a home page, you need to contact the site owner to go to the site> Site contents> Site Pages, select the relevant home page file, and click "Delete".

If you want to delete the entire SharePoint site, you need to contact the site owner or the Global/SharePoint admin to delete the site. The site owner can go to the site> Settings> Site Information> click "Delete site" at the bottom of the Site Information panel. Also, the Global/SharePoint admin can go to the SharePoint admin center to delete the entire site.
