I can't install Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.94.25020927_Installer.pkg on macOS 15.3.1. How can I resolve this issue?

    • Where did you currently download the Microsoft 365 installer from? The app store or the official website? Could you share with me a screenshot of the problem page so I can see what you're going through more visually.

    As per your description, in this case. I recommend thatyou first use the Office License Removal Tool to update your license:

    1. Download the license removal tool.

    1. Open the pkg file in the Downloads folder on your Mac.
    2. Select Continue and then follow the instructions in the installation wizard.
    3. If you want to start removing the license, select Install. You may need to enter the password for the local administrator account for your Mac.

    After the licensing tool finishes, select Close.

    1. Now open an Office application and sign in to activate with the email account associated with your Microsoft 365 license for Mac. If you're troubleshooting, you might need to reinstall Office before you sign in.

    After activating the product, restart the computer and continue working.
