"Sorry, something went wrong - unknown render failure" message with Sharepoint links. Why would this be happening? Could access previously.

A client shared several Sharepoint links with me. Up until a couple of days ago, I could click and access the shared documents. Now, I'm getting a "Sorry, something went wrong" Unknown Render Failure message. The Sharepoint folder still opens, but there's nothing in there. Nothing has changed at the owner's end, so I'm trying to figure out what's happened. Help?

I am getting this error when I try to export a PDF document from Word. From what I can tell, it use to export, it would open Edge, and the URL would point to the file's location on my C drive, now it's trying to load a OneDrive link that seemingly doesn't exist.

I am experiencing the same error when clicking on folders. It's on all libraries on the site, but not on new ones I create. The libraries are not over threshold. Do you have a fix for this?
