    Happy New Year. Ashraf Aziz1

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I would be honored to help you with your problem.

I realize that you've encountered a problem of activation.

Here are some ways you can refer to below:

    1. If you have activated office before updating windows, and bound your account, you try to re-login office

Open any office software(word, excel),click file>>Account, choose sign in. If you are already logged in, click ‘sign out’ and then log in again.

If the above doesn't solve your problem, you need to try the following.

Microsoft Community is a public forum. Activate questions often involve sensitive personal information that should not be shared publicly in a forum.

For these reasons, we recommend that you contact Microsoft Live Chat Support to resolve your issue and avoid disclosing your personal information in this public forum.

Visit this website: Contact Contact - Microsoft Support

Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.

Enter your problem in the search bar. For example, subscriptions/invoices/refunds.

Click Get Help at the bottom of the page, and then click Contact Support.

    Image

Select Contact Support, you will be asked to describe the issue again under "Products & Services" and "Categories". Click Confirm.

Choose "Chat with a support agent in a web browser".

Note: Chat support is only available during certain hours. So if the last window says it's not available, try reopening it the next day.

Let me know if this is contrary to what you need.

    Best regards.
