My mS365 renewed 12/1/24 for single user with $69.99. I have one month free trial. Can I cancel and rebuy family option with $99.99? Or I can just update Family option and you will charge me addition $30.

Please let me know.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community. It looks like you have some questions about your subscription and billing, the community is rarely dealing with billing issues and in order to provide you with the most accurate information, it is recommended that you contact the Microsoft billing department directly for advice.

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type Contact in the search box.
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or sign in to contact support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
