  2. when click Site Usage :
    • most of the components display: We do not have enough data to show here. Please try again later.
    • and Avg time spent per user display: An error occurred while loading this chart. Please refresh to try again.

    Dear Eric,

Thank you for the reply and providing more information in your reply.

As you mentioned in your reply, you are using a Chinese version Microsoft 365 由“世纪互联”运营.

I checked again from my side and the official article state that if you are using Office 365 operated by 21Vianet then site usage details and analytics are restricted.

I appreciate your cooperation, understanding and valuable time.

    Dear Eric,

    Thank you for the reply.

Regarding your question about Google analytics or Adobe analytics, the services are third-party products so in such scenario, as we (Microsoft Forum) team have less knowledge regarding this so your best option will be contacting Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics support team directly.

I appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and precious time. If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can also post back and point it.

    Dear AJ RAJ,

thank you for your detailed reply.

I have checked with my colleague and tried Incognito Mode, neither works.

and we are using a Chinese version Microsoft 365 由“世纪互联”运营 - does this affect the analytics feature?

    Thank you,

    Eric

    Dear Eric,

Greetings!! Good day and thank you for your post in our forum.

Based on the description provided, “Analytics” is not working for your SharePoint site homepage and moreover site usage also facing error.

I did some testing from my side, and I was not able to reproduce the similar result as you are facing now.

Please refer to the screenshots below for my test results:

In such scenario, I would like to suggest you try with the following steps from your end:

    1. Please try to refresh the page as suggested by the error message.
    2. Try clearing the cache and history of your browser OR try using different browser OR you can try using “InPrivate Windows” for Microsoft Edge and “Incognito Mode” for Google Chrome.
    3. As you mentioned that you are in your company intranet, please make sure your internet connection is stable. OR try using different internet environments OR try using your hotspot from your mobile data.

I would also like to gather few information from your side like:

    1. Are other colleagues able to view “Analytics” data from the SharePoint site homepage?
    2. Is the issue only happening with a specific site or all the sites are having issues?

I appreciate your cooperation, understanding and valuable time.
