Microsoft Forms ID - Change Format?

When I create a new form, and then view the responses via Microsoft Excel, a new column is automatically added called ID. Currently, the ID displays as 1 for the first response, and 2 for the second response. How can I turn this into 0001 and 0002? Thanks

    Dear MaryBH888,

Good day and thank you for your post in our forum.

Regarding the request that you put forwarded that you would like to view ID as 0001 and 0002 in the excel. I did the testing from my side too and the result is same.

I am afraid currently the response that you view in excel can’t be changed into 0001 from 1. I apologize for the inconvenience that you are facing with this.

I would also like you to suggest sending feedback to Form Feedback Community Microsoft Forms · Community

So that the dedicated support team and members could investigate this request and review your request. This is the best way to let developers know your requirement and help us improve the product.

I appreciate your cooperation, understanding and valuable time.
