I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with the Copilot application. In the last few months , I have noticed that Copilot does not seem to remember my previous conversations whenever I close and reopen the app. This issue persists even within the same day, making it quite inconvenient to maintain a continuous dialogue or follow-up on previous interactions.

Specifically, I am located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and have experienced this issue since Dec 2024. I have closed and reopened the Copilot app multiple times today, and each time, the conversation history is lost.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this matter. Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I should follow or if additional information is required.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I have realized that your issues.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I searched for content based on your question and found that you are not the only one experiencing this issue.

There are a lot of users also feedback this problem.

It can't be ruled out at this point that Copilot is doing maintenance or some other update that is causing this.

The only thing you can do at the moment is to clear the cache or reinstall the software, and wait for a subsequent fix after that.

Are you having the same problem with the web side of your Copilot?
