Excel "#NAME?" Error

Using ASUS laptop with Windows 10 & Microsodt 365. A named cell in Excel, that contains a formula, is not being recognized, it shows a "#NAME?" error. This error message came up while entering data in another cell. Opening the cell with the error message shows no name error; the formula has not been changed since it was working properly. When I try to use "Help on this error" it just points to the cell showing "#NAME?" I created the lenghty formula and have reviewed it numerous times finding no error. Copy of cell error message: #NAME?

This file is linked to another file, which contains no errors, and that file is not associated with the error cell or formula

Using ubdo does not help. After attempting to locate and resolve issue numerous times I closed the file without saving it. When I again opened the file the error was gone. After entering data error again appeared. Closed file again without saving and there was no error when opened. Entered data again and error came back. Again closed wihtout saving, but when file reopened error is still there, and cannot be eliminated. Formated cellls where data was being entered did not help.

Microsoft tech support contacted but could not help.

Any ideas will be appreciated! Have worked on this 3+ hours today.

It's difficult to help if you neither share the formula that returns the error, nor the context in which you use it. Please share your file (via OneDrive or similar).

Could you create a stripped-down copy of the workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive information) and make it available through one of the websites that let you upload and share a file, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, FileDropper or DropBox. Then post a link to the uploaded and shared file here.
