One Note cannot save documents and therefore cannot serve its basic function.

several times I have made notes on readings I have done in preparation for essays and they have not saved. I worked most of the day yesterday, after signing in and checking it was synced. However, today I woke up and saw that all my work from the previous day was lost. This is not acceptable for people who use their notes for writing pieces of work and should be fixed immediately. I have read countless other stories where people have had similar issues and I cannot possibly understand a reason why this major corporation cannot fix the most necessary function.
