Good afternoon, my question is: I have a Windows 10 computer. When I sync my account on One Drive on the computer, it doesn't allow me to see the files in my shared folder, but in my explorer I can see all the files in the shared folder. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled One Drive, but it still doesn't allow me to see those files. Can you help me?

As a temporary solution, please access the shared folder through the browser, and we hope that the issue will be fixed soon.

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can also post back and point it.
