We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Excel not syncing. I deeply understand the inconvenience this has caused and sincerely apologize for it.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. For further troubleshooting, could you please provide the following information:

Could you please let me know if this issue occurring on both the Excel Desktop app and Excel on the web?
May I know, is this issue happening with any other shared files?
Could you please let me know if you have tried resharing the Excel file to see if the issue still persists?
May I know if you are receiving any error messages? If so, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue/error? You can upload the screenshot using this feature.
