    However, some of the methods in there are for businesses, so if you don't see what you need, you can try the following options, requesting a phone number from Microsoft chat support.

    Note: Microsoft support is only available during business hours. Therefore, if the last window shows as unavailable, try reopening it the next day.

    Visit this website: Contact Contact - Microsoft Support

    Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.

    Enter your problem in the search bar. For example, MSA.

    Click Get Help at the bottom of the page, and then click Contact Support.

    Select Contact Support, You will be prompted to describe the issue again under "Product and services" and "Categories"

            Choose "Chat with a support agent in a web browser".
