I set my daughter up to use my Microsoft Family Account a few years ago but she was unable to get in so I removed her and resent the invite but its saying that she is already set up and requires a pin that she does not have. Where do I go from here?

Assuming seperate PC's did your daughter uninstall any/all o365 versions including any trial?
I dont think she uninstalled anything. We just removed her from my account and then re-invited her
