- Which account type you are using currently? Is it a Microsoft personal account or Microsoft business account?
- Kindly provide screenshot of the error message
Suggestions:
- If you login as a business account in office 365, kindly check there are no multiple accounts existing, please sign out of all the accounts and sign in again
- Please check the related subscription you are having make sure you have the active service
