Hello, I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund of my money, can you please inform me and guide me on what I need to do? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

If you have subscribed to Office 365 and would like to cancel the Subscription, follow the steps below.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsof... and sign in with your Microsoft account that you used for the purchase.
Select the Subscription you would like to cancel, and click Cancel subscription.
Review the page and read the benefits you lose.

Click I don't want my subscription at the bottom to cancel your subscription.

Once cancelled, you will receive the debited amount automatically within 3-5 working days.

You will also be receiving a confirmation email from Microsoft that your refund has been initiated.

Note - You should cancel the subscription within 30 days to get a refund.
