I get an error message when trying to book meetings with 2 different organizations. It is not allowing me to book. The organization has confirmed it is set to everyone. Why is it not working for me?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

According to your provided screenshot, it seems like you are using Samsung Internet Browser (Samsung Galaxy mobile device's default browser) upon opening a booking link from Outlook as Edge is having a different view. I could see that you are having 99 tabs opening there, could you try to close other tabs and try again to see if it works?

    Sincerely,

I can confirm. Opening the link from gmail/ Google chrome worked. Opening the link through outlook/ microsoft edge did not work. There was no prompt to sign in. I did not see that picture you posted. I get access to the information but it does not accept it.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for your quick response.

May I have your confirmation that you have successfully booked via the Google Chrome browser? (which means you clicked the link from Gmail account then register the booking with your work account address later but not on Edge browser)

Could you help me to double-check again when opening Edge browser, are you signing into your work account on the browser? It should look like this.

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Thank you for the response.

I forwarded the email to my personal gmail account then clicked on the book with me link. It gave me the option to sign in as a guest or log into a microsoft/outlook account. (Would have been google chrome browser I think) I picked guest. But I used my work email to send the verification code to. That worked.

It didn't give me that option when I clicked from outlook. When I picked the date/time and requested it. It gave the error message. (I think the browser would be Edge?) My IT department had zero success with this. Is there some sort of setting or explanation why it would not work for our organization?

    Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community Support.

According to this issue, may I know if you have tried another browser, or with another account? Did it return the same error even if you use a different account?

    Sincerely,

Austin H - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
