So I don’t remember subscribing to Microsoft 365 and now it’s taken 230 dollars out of my account and now I’m in hardship is there a way I can get my money back or is it just forever gone FML

    Request a Refund from Microsoft

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account Subscriptions. Go to account.microsoft.com/services. Sign in with the email address linked to the charge. Look for any active Microsoft 365 subscriptions. If you see one, click “Manage” > “Cancel subscription”. After canceling, go to the Microsoft refund request page. Follow the prompts to submit a refund request.
