A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hello Taki ,
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
I understand that you are requesting a refund for a subscription. Here is what you can do:
Request a Refund from Microsoft
- Check Your Microsoft Account Subscriptions. Go to account.microsoft.com/services. Sign in with the email address linked to the charge. Look for any active Microsoft 365 subscriptions. If you see one, click “Manage” > “Cancel subscription”. After canceling, go to the Microsoft refund request page. Follow the prompts to submit a refund request.
If the charge was within the last 30 days, you’re likely eligible for a full refund. If it’s been longer, Microsoft may still offer a prorated refund depending on the policy. Kindly refer to this link to learn more . How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support
I hope this helps with your inquiry.
Best wishes,
