    Hi Allison,

This is a user-to-user forum where answers are provided in public. For security reasons, no one is allowed to call you, as it would be easy for people with bad intentions to cause trouble.

Regarding ChanG's reply, by now you probably noticed you can't perform any of the instructions provided, as none of them apply to Microsoft Excel for Mac. That reply should never have been left for you to see, but moderators are no longer able to remove replies that are not relevant.

Now, to address your concerns you have provided scant information. Since you say the file is missing, that implies you had saved it somewhere.

If you had saved it to a local file directory on your Mac you can use Spotlight to find it:

If you saved your file to a portable device such as a flash drive, you'll have to plug it in!

If you saved your file to a cloud service or network drive, you'll have to reply with the kind of device on which you saved the file, as each kind of device has its own methods of searching for files.

Again, I apologize for the delay in responding.
