Subject: Request to Remove My Account from Microsoft Family Group

Hello Microsoft Support,

My Microsoft account ([your_email_here]) is stuck in a Family Group. I am registered as a child, and the parent account that added me is no longer accessible because their Gmail account has been permanently deleted.

Due to this, I am unable to access apps or make changes. I kindly request that you remove my account from the Family Group or disable Microsoft Family Safety for my account.

Please let me know what verification steps are needed.

Thanks & regards,

    Hello Guddu,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I can understand your Microsoft account Is being stuck in a Family Group with no access to the parent account

According to Microsoft Official Support, Managing parental consent - Microsoft Support
Only the adult who granted consent can remove a child account from the Family Group.

If that adult’s account is no longer accessible (e.g., deleted Gmail), you must attempt to recover that adult account first.
If recovery is not possible, Microsoft does not currently offer a direct way to remove a child account without the organizer’s intervention.

    Best Regards,
