Most likely you will not be able to reactivate that licence because it is not a genuine consumer licence.
Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you see your Office licence listed there and if so cant you re-install Office from there.

Office Pro Plus 2021 is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations, it is not a consumer licence, where did you get your Office licence and roughly how much did you pay for that.
