One note appears differently on different computers.

I just started using Onenote, and have it on two different devices with the same user, same license.

One device is running Windows 10 and the other is Windows 11.
Both are using the most current version of the software and there appears to be no problem with syncing.
Onenote settings for both devices are identical.

The Windows 11 device everything is operating as I would expect. Office theme is set to white - page color is white, text is black and all defaults are being recognized. Page color options are light in color

The Windows 10 device is completely different. II updated to Office theme also set to white - but page color for all notes is black background with white text and this is consistent on all notes. The page color options are all dark. Any new pages added are also black with white text.

The web version of Onenote matches the Windows 11 device, so only the Windows 10 device seems to be having this problem.

It didn't start out this way, but changed after about a day of using the program.

Both devices are running Version 2504 Build 16.0.18730.20122 (64 bit)

It sounds like you may have the Page in dark theme while Office UI is in the light theme. Can you try clicking View --> Switch Background?
