Microsoft office 365 basic

It appears that basic does not include word and excel features uch as creating a file. This wasn't indicated when I researched it. Now I have a useless product. What next? I don't need an AI product.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The Microsoft 365 Basic plan does not include the local installation of the full Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint... etc, it just includes the options provided on this link.

    If you need to use the Office apps installed locally on your PC, then it would be best to cancel that Basic subscription and purchase the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription from this link.
