Where can you find the completed certificates after you complete a training course?

Thank you for sharing with me.
To download your certificate from Microsoft Learn, please follow below steps:

• From your Certification Dashboard, click on the “View Certificates” button in the “Certificates” section.
• To download, click “download” in the lower right on the “Certificates” icon.
• This will list the certificates that you have earned. Click the box next to the name of the certificate to select it.
• You can preview a single selected certificate, or you can download a .zip file with multiple certificates selected

May I know what product that you are learning about? Please kindly share the learning path that we may check more information on it?

Please note that Microsoft Viva Learning does not provide certificates upon completion by default. Viva Learning is a platform designed to aggregate and surface learning content from various sources (like LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Learn, third-party providers). Whether a certificate is issued depends on the content provider, not Viva Learning itself.

Please help to check your email because some providers automatically email a certificate of completion once you finish a course.
