Cannot access to Loop 365 Workspace

I have an issue with access to Loop 365 workspace recently.

  • I'm already added as an editor in it
  • The owner has tried to remove & add me again several times, but in vain, I'm still unable to access & view its content.
  • There're many pop-ups of service error while I'm trying to access / interact with this space.

Anyone knows how to fix this? Who should I contact to fix this?

    Dear Huyen,

Thank you for getting back to us and for sharing the screenshots. I appreciate you taking the time to go through all the suggested steps and providing additional context.

Based on what you've described and the fact that the workspace owner has already removed and re-added your account multiple times, it appears this issue may require backend investigation from our support team.

If you're unsure who your Microsoft 365 administrator is, we recommend reaching out to your internal IT team or the person responsible for managing your organization’s Microsoft licenses. They will be able to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and raise a support ticket on your behalf.

To raise a ticket, your admin can go to:
    https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests
Then navigate to Support > Help & support and select New service request.

    • Provide a clear description of the issue (e.g., “User unable to access Microsoft Loop workspace despite being added as Editor. Service errors appear on interaction.”)
    • Attach the screenshots you’ve already captured to help the support team investigate faster

Please let me know if you need help drafting the support request or if there’s anything else I can assist with in the meantime.

    Warm regards,
Henry N - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

    Hi Henry,

Tks for responding to my post.

I have tried your suggested steps from step 1 till step 5, but the issue still remains.

Hereby I share the capture of the issue I'm facing with for your check & advise.

    • The owner of the space has already removed & re-added my account several times but I cannot see any contents inside the space (below capture)

Note" There's NO option as "Viewer" as your suggestion in step 4 above.

    • The pop-up errors

Regarding "please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to raise a support ticket via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center so our backend team can investigate further", can you provide to me the admin contact or link to raise / log a support ticket to MS 365?

    Thanks.

    Hi Huyen,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

To help us better understand the issue, could you please share a screenshot of the error message or pop-up you're seeing when trying to access or interact with the Loop workspace?
Please make sure to remove or blur any personal or sensitive information before sending. This will allow us to identify the nature of the error and provide more targeted guidance.

In the meantime, here are a few workarounds you can try:

Step 1: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    • Open Edge and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
    • In the pop-up, select All time as the time range.
    • Check the boxes for: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files
    • Click Clear now.
    • Restart the browser and try accessing the workspace again.

Step 2: Use InPrivate or Incognito Mode

Using Ctrl + Shift + N to open the Loop workspace link in a private browsing session to bypass cached credentials:

This helps isolate the session and rule out local cache issues.

Step 3: Confirm Microsoft Account Sign-In

Ensure you're signed in with the correct Microsoft 365 account that was granted access. If you're signed in with multiple accounts, sign out of all and log in only with the intended one.

Step 4: Revoke and Re-Add Access with Role Reset

    Ask the workspace owner to:

    • Remove your access completely.
    • Wait a few minutes to allow backend sync.
    • Re-invite you as a Viewer first.
    • Once access is confirmed, promote you to Editor.

This can help reset any corrupted permission state.

Step 5: Try a Different Browser or Device

Test access from another browser or device (e.g., mobile or another PC) to rule out local environment issues.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to raise a support ticket via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center so our backend team can investigate further.

    Best regards,
