Cannot Open the Power Query Editor

Anonymous

Each time I try to Launch the Power Query Editor (thru Ribbon or Shortcut Key),

the following error appears:

Power Query wasn't able to start. Restart Excel and try again. You can also send feedback so we can learn more about the issue.

I already tried restarting both Excel and Windows. I also tried downloading a copy from OneDrive and restoring the file to previous versions to no avail. I don't remember doing anything important like renaming filenames or moving source files.

EDIT: The Power Query error is not exclusive to one workbook but is present in all the workbooks I opened. I ended up Uninstalling and Reinstalling Microsoft Office.
