As you’re still seeing the same error even after trying different cards it looks like the system’s just not accepting your updated payment info. Persistent errors across multiple cards often mean the issue lies elsewhere like billing settings, region mismatches, or a glitch in Microsoft’s payment system.
In this case double-check that your account’s country/region matches the country associated with your payment card. Even a slight mismatch there can cause the transaction to be declined.
If you’ve already done that, try signing in to your Microsoft account from a different browser or clear your browser’s cache and cookies sometimes that resolves issues with the payment page not communicating correctly.
