Xbox ban issue

Question

So I received a temporary band on Xbox service i.e. Microsoft. I’ve read through the community standards policy in terms and I don’t see what I said that was wrong. I can’t appeal it. I think the automated system bugged out “LTS my seasonal runes let me know what you need“ that was in my looking for group post. I’ve used the same post for weeks. LTS stands for looking to swap the runes our seasonal items that players can trade in game with if I could get an answer as to why I possibly got a ban for this it would be greatly appreciated
