I tried installing the Microsoft Windows KB5062660 update on Windows 11. While updating I ran into a BSOD that said system thread exception not handled (0x7E). Did this happen to anyone else. And if so how do I fix it? Everytime I restart I run into the same problem.

The KB5062660 update is an optional preview update and can sometimes cause issues. Do you have access to Windows right now, or are you stuck on a blue screen?
Have you already tried uninstalling this update?
I've uninstalled it in safe mode and I've just restarted my laptop. I got the "Something didn't go as planned. Undoing changes" message. When Windows finally came on. I checked to see if the update was removed but it's still there. Not sure where to go from here

Thank you for your reply. Please uninstall the update again. After that, on the Windows Update page, toggle the 'Get the latest updates as soon as they're available' option to 'Off' to prevent Windows Update from offering optional updates.
Also, try hiding the update after uninstalling it. Download and install the Show or Hide tool, then run the troubleshooter. Choose to hide the specific update so Windows will not install it again. http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab
Click next > Hide updates > Choose the update you want to hide then hit next .
Hi, so I've booted in safe mode and I'v checked and the update was uninstalled. My windows still crashes when trying to load. What should I do from here?
