The renderComponentIntoRoot component encountered an error while loading

Hello,

I’m trying to complete the organization vetting process for Azure Trusted Signing, but my identity is stuck in Action Require status. When I click to view the details, the portal shows this error:

The renderComponentIntoRoot component encountered an error while loading. Content: VettingAppealView.ReactView Session ID: 362c0016909d4d96a6137c9efe2e59ca

I have not received any onboarding or vetting emails from Microsoft, so I cannot proceed with verification outside the portal. Tried multiple browsers/incognito mode – same error.

vet

How can I complete the vetting process without access to the VettingAppealView?

Hi, we fixed this bug on our end today. You shouldn't run into this error code again when you submit a new request.

clear ur browser cache like its yesterday's news )) sometimes azure portal gets clingy with old data. if that doesn't work, open dev tools (f12), go to 'network' tab, and check for failed requests when the error pops up. might give u a clue.

also, since u mentioned no vetting emails arrived, check ur spam folder (yes, even if u think u did)). if still nothing, u might need to contact azure support directly. they have a form here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/options/.

as for the 'action required' status, sometimes it just needs a little push. try refreshing the page after clearing cache or even waiting a few hours. azure's backend can be... thoughtful )

and hey, this might help in other tools too - always check ur browser console for errors. u'd be surprised how many issues get solved by spotting a random script failure ))

bonne chance, mon ami! hope this gets u past the portal gremlins :)
