Hello, I have implemented the Remoe Desktop Client application to MDM Intune and I am releasing it to a test collection of devices. Unfortunately, I cannot add the configuration for the Workspace to this application, I would like the user to have the configuration for the Workspace of my RDS added to this application - manual addition works so I would like to automate it somehow. Does anyone know how to do it?

You want Automate the addition of Workspace configuration to the Remote Desktop Client application deployed via MDM Intune, correct?
Try "Bing" search for "Learn how to deploy the Remote Desktop (MSRDC) client as Intune Win32 app – via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) to your physical endpoints clients" (from 2020, but maybe apply to your use case).
