Hello Microsoft Nonprofit Support,
Our organization, Technology For Development Nepal, recently had our Azure nonprofit grant approved for USD 2,000 (Grant start date: August 15, 2025, end date: August 15, 2026), tied to the account ******@t4dnepal.onmicrosoft.com.
While the Nonprofit Hub shows the grant as claimed, there is currently no active subscription in our Azure portal, and when we try to activate from the email link, we get the following error:
“You’re not eligible for the sponsorship benefit. This is a limited Azure benefit that’s only available by email invitation.”
It appears this link is for an Azure Sponsorship subscription, but our previous sponsorship ends on August 22, 2025, and we understand the new nonprofit grant should be tied to a Microsoft Azure Plan subscription.
Request:
Please help us create a new Azure subscription under our nonprofit grant, or link the grant to an existing subscription if needed.
Confirm that the $2,000 credit will be applied and visible under Cost Management + Billing once activated.
