Did you contact your IT administrator for help restoring your deleted emails? They might be able to recover the emails using In-Place eDiscovery & hold options.
Also, does your organization have a retention policy that automatically removes deleted items after a certain period? If the emails were removed due to your organization’s policy settings, they cannot be recovered.
