    Hi,

    Did you contact your IT administrator for help restoring your deleted emails? They might be able to recover the emails using In-Place eDiscovery & hold options.

    Also, does your organization have a retention policy that automatically removes deleted items after a certain period? If the emails were removed due to your organization’s policy settings, they cannot be recovered.

     

    See 'Recover deleted messages in a user's mailbox in Exchange Online' for reference. You can follow any of the methods listed to recover the deleted messages in your work account.

    1. May I please know if you're using a work or Personal Outlook account?
    2. Do you remember when the emails went missing or the date/time they were deleted?
    3. Do you access your Outlook emails on multiple devices (PC, phone, webmail)? If yes, are the emails missing across all devices?

    Is the email missing from a specific folder or during a specific time range?
