Cannot cancel Microsoft 365 subscription

Hi,

I received an email informing me that my subscription to Microsoft 365 would automatically renew on the 17th of September. However there is no such subscriptions in the "Subscriptions" page of my Microsoft account.

I would like to make sure that I do not get charged for this, can you please help.

    Based on your description, kindly confirm the transaction details first by signing in to all of your Microsoft accounts in order to locate an active Microsoft 365 subscription on account.microsoft.com > Subscriptions.

    If it doesn't show up, the subscription may have been active on a family member or a friend's account who might have your payment card added/linked to their accounts. Please check their accounts' Subscriptions.
