I need your assistance please.

I require a receipt from you from a charge which appeared on my Master Card ending in 3668, which occurred on Friday, August 15th, 2025.

It appears to be some sort of automatic licensing charge from Microsoft, “MSFT * E0800X6LM4”, in the amount of $44.25.

Thank you, Craig. I had not accessed this previously. Unfortunately, it shows no billing nor orders. Is there not a way to speak to an actual live person at Microsoft?

Hi there, Greg! This is Marc. Thanks for reaching out to the community.

If you need a receipt for that Microsoft charge, you can find it by signing in at account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with the account linked to the purchase. There, you’ll see all transactions and can print or download the receipt. If you don’t see the charge under your account, I’d recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support through support.microsoft.com/contactus so they can check it further.

    Best regards,
