2. Could you let us know if it is a Personal or Work account?
3. Did you ask the sender if they received any bounce-back messages when they try to send emails to you?

You can try sending a test email from another account to this account, and if you receive any error message, please share it with us.

In the meantime, please check if you have enough storage space to send or receive emails.

1. Check your account storage by logging in with your account here- https://outlook.live.com/
2. Go to Settings > Accounts > Storage. Expand the Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage section.
