Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have Issue with One drive.

On Onedrive.live.com it takes me automatically to the personal profile.

It difficult to share and use files. i had to click reopen to access onedrive.live.com.

I need my OneDrive files to be all in one place.

This was not a problem before. I cannot have the app only show my work profile and the website only personal profile.

    Dear Rita Rita,

Based on your description, it sounds like OneDrive is defaulting to your personal profile when accessed via OneDrive.live.com, while your desktop app is signed into your work account. This can understandably cause confusion and disrupt your workflow.

To help resolve this, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Sign Out of Personal Account on Browser: Visit OneDrive.live.com Click your profile icon in the top-right corner Select “Sign out” and then sign in using your work account credentials
    2. Use InPrivate or Incognito Mode: Open a new InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) browser window Navigate to OneDrive for Business and sign in with your work account This helps avoid automatic redirection to your personal profile
    3. Check Account Settings in OneDrive App: Ensure your work account is set as the default in the OneDrive desktop app You can manage accounts by right-clicking the OneDrive icon in the system tray and selecting “Settings”

If the above response helps answer your question, remember to "Accept Answer" so that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution. Your contribution is highly appreciated.
    Best regards,
    Harry Phan
