Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server is not working.
I tried to update version from 13->17 and now my server is not wokring, this is urgent, I need help ASAP.

Our internal team has resolved the issue, and the server should now be accessible. Please try MVU again. The backend metadata problem has been fixed, and we are continuing to work on a global mitigation for this issue.
