I am trying to schedule the Microsoft AZ-900 exam but I’m encountering the error: ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK. Upon contacting Pearson VUE support, I was informed that two Microsoft certification profiles were created under the same email address after a password reset. This duplication is preventing me from scheduling the exam.
I kindly request Microsoft support to merge the duplicate certification profiles associated with my email so I can proceed with scheduling the AZ-900 exam.
