My desktop Windows 10 is saying no network options and is only giving me the option to use an Ethernet cable, but I don't have one

    Most desktop computers do not have a built-in Wi-Fi card, so you may need to use a USB Wi-Fi adapter to use Wi-fi connection.

    What is the make and model of your device?

    In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

    Please share a screenshot of that window.
